Try checking out 'iwconfig eth0'  (if eth0 is the wireless device) to 
see what the network name is set to.  You might need to change it to 
the correct name with 'iwconfig eth0 essid networkname' (where 
'networkname' is the name of your wireless network).  Then run DHCP 
(/sbin/dhclient) to get an IP address.  If that works, you might need 
to force it to use that network name in /etc/pcmcia/wireless.opts.
