[wplug] Partition Resizing

You can do this if you use LVM.  It's really nice.  Supposedly, if using
ext2 you can grow/shrink the filesystem without unmounting... ext3
requires you to unmount it.  I've sucessfully grown and shrunk filesystems
this way... no obvious damage to the fs.
