I use bulkregister.com from domain reg for myself and for clients.  It's a
good deal.  $12 per year.  There is a sign-up fee of something like 60-70
bucks, but it's a one time thing.  Any domain names you register, you
actually own, unlike if you use some other unnamed registrars that let you
lease the name you register from them.  Lot's of options and setup fees.
DNS services available if needed, etc.

I've never used them, but I've heard good things about godaddy.  $9.00/yr
for .com/.net/.org.
