I've met with at least 3 people from their company. (Which might be all of 
them) They seem to understand the concept of Open Source software and 
aren't just trying to make a quick buck. My guess is that the talk is 
partly an excuse to tell people that their company exists and get them 
interested in talking more with them,
I might go if I don't have class then.
