[wplug] Best way to upgrade desktop?

As a longtime KDE user, I have always just -Ued the packages (on various 
Mandrakes and Red Hats).  However, the difficulty usually lies in satisfying 
all the dependencies--if you have everything that's needed, I guess an `rpm 
- -Uvh *.rpm` would work, but I always have to do it in steps.  Erasing the old 
packages usually leads to more dependency problems, in my experience.
