[wplug] OpenOffice: Cannot install PDF Converter Printer

Sometime in February Jonathan Billings assaulted the keyboard and produced:

kind of off topic, but does anyone know how to create printers for all
users on a computer without having each user run spadmin? perhaps something
that could be placed in /etc?
