[wplug] by-laws info

Hi list. I have a question. Is there anywhere I can view the by-laws of 
the wplug organization. I intend to stay with wplug, but as I am a 
hundred miles from Pittsburgh, it is a little far to travel to meetings 
ect. We are trying to get a linux users group started up here. We need 
to get our by-laws setup before we go to far and a look at wplug's might 
be a model to use or at least show us what is needed. Thanks for any
