[wplug] RedHat 8.0 - Man Page Problem

Not really sure what you are seeing.
A man page normally runs through some type of pager program,
like 'more' or 'less'.  If it's "more", it ends at the end.
If it's "less", then you have to type 'q' to quit.
If not that, then you may have something insidious going on.
What is your TERM environment variable set to (printenv TERM)?  
Is PAGER set to anything?
