[wplug] Turning an image into a PDF

You have to set up a pdf converter as a printer. Run spadmin (in
~/.openoffice/1.0.3/), add printer, select pdf converter. This worked
for me in 1.0, but in 1.0.3 it caused OO to hang. The 1.1 method is much
better.
