[wplug] WPLUG Open Golf Tournament page

I set up a small site about the golf tournament at 
http://icculus/~homerj if people are interested, e-mail me or contact me 
via irc (homerj on freenode) and I'll add you to the player list. Once I 
get a decent amount of people (5-8 I imagine) I can call up Schenley 
about maybe setting up a tee time to start, etc. and we can start 
getting the particulars in order.
