Yes I have tested the memory and it checks out fine with Trouble Shooter.
Also used it in another machine machine.

Have you tried replacing (or testing) the Memory?

This could be an issue with the DRAMs in the unti, it may not show up 
until it fills the entire Memory.  I've seen this on servers with 1 GB 
of Ram and not using it all.
