Did you happen to look at the /etc/init.d script itself and 1)
verify what it's default S & K values are and 2) making sure both S & K
scripts were in place (sorry - not that familiar with YP to know if a K
script even matters /exists).
I'd try it at S99z...... just make it dead last (but the stuff in
the 90's is generally fairly innocuous UNLESS there's something in rc.local
that is needed - it's generally S99)
Was there anything useful in the logs?
