when trying to compile sgml-tools 2.0.2, I get

c++ -ansi -O2 -fno-implicit-templates -I.
-I./../include -I./../generic -DSTDC_H
EADERS=1 -DHAVE_LIMITS_H=1 -Dconst= -Dinline=

-DSP_HAVE_SOCKET=1 -DSP_MULTI_BYTE=

-c -fPIC -DPIC CharsetInfo.

I get a similar error when compiling sgml-tools 1.0.9
