[wplug] SCO involved in illegal "pump and dump"?

It would seem by the evidence that SCO is involved in an old scam called
the "pump and dump". ( http://www.sec.gov/answers/pumpdump.htm )

A "pump and dump" by the way is considered a federal offense.

Evidence:

On March 7th, SCO filed suit against IBM over what they claimed was code
owned by SCO Unix being used in Linux software and distributed without
paying royalties to SCO.

In May, SCO sent letters to 1500 companies warning them they might be
liable for sopyright infringement.

Now, take a look at the following stock chart that charts the past year
of SCO's value. Look at what has happened since all this began:

Stock jumped sharply around March 7th, and then again in May right after
the threatening letters went out.

The only problem is, SCO has yet to provide one shred of evidence to
uphold their claim. Right now, SCO is on a media blitz to make these
allegations as widely known as possible.

This increase in stock value isn't bad for a company that really hasn't
put out any new product, or done anything in terms of marketing,
distribution, deals, etc. that traditionally increase a stock's value.
Basically, what we have here is a traditional "pump" of an otherwise
worthless stock.

And of course, you can't have the "pump and dump" without the "dump":

Insider trades:

So even if SCO withdraws their claim with no further action, the execs
still turn a tidy profit.

Anyone feel like forwarding this to the SEC? :)
