[wplug] debian install question

I'm doing a network install of debian which has gone
well so far. The base system is installed, and tasksel
has downloaded packages for my intended use. Now I'm
at a screen which says "Configuring locales", which
asks me to "Select locales to be generated" and
presents a list of some kind.

I don't see anything about this in the installation
manual at debian.org. Can anyone here tell me what
this is and suggest what I should select?
