[wplug] Clock running very slow

I had an old Compaq 166MHz beast that did that near the end of its life. I
replaced the CMOS battery and it improved, but never really kept accurate
time after that. The worst it got before the battery replacement was two to
three hours difference over two days. After the battery replacement, it
dropped to 10 to 20 minutes difference. It ran that way for a year before I
retired it and gave it to a not so PC abusive relative.

Try the battery, couldn't hurt, and could probably get it at Radio Shack for
under $20 bucks.
