Sure I do, but I maintain my own mail servers so I have the ability to 
block what I want by using RBLs, a custom access.db, etc. And then there 
are always client add-ons such as SpamAssassin. I don't let spammers 
dictate which mail account I should use to subscribe to a mailing list with.

Correct, which is what prompted my original question to the list.
