[wplug] Building ALSA in RH 8

Thanks, I had just found them myself.  They seemed to install ok, but I
havent been able to boot with the new kernel because I building some
other packages at the moment.

Was there anything you had to do after the installs, to config Alsa or
better yet relieve esd of its duties?
