[wplug] Win98/Linux data sharing

Here's what my fstab says:

/dev/hda1      /dosc    vfat    defaults,umask=022,uid=lupey   1    1

I have a Win98 partition as well and this allows me (lupey) as a regular
user to r/w on that partition.
