	At this point, no one (that uses Perl much) seems to want to address
your question directly - but I'd say yes.  From the looks of it, it will not
build/install man pages, but that's merely a guess based on the syntax.
What do you have to lose?  Comment it out and try it!
	I assume you've done any require config stuff before running the
make....
