[wplug] Perl question

It was Wednesday, April 23, 2003 when Chris took the soap box, saying:

I've got to ask you, what sort of environment are you running under?
Do you have a reasonable make program, or an up-to-date Perl?

Knowing Jarkko personally, I find it hard to believe that he'd release
a module that produces a bad Makefile, especially when it seems to
work for others.
