I am having a problem installing Redhat ES on a Dell Poweredge 350. The
install goes fine. I install Grub as the boot loader and load it into the
MBR. When I boot the system after Redhat is completely installed I get an
error message that says:

Grub Loading Stage 2...
And the floppy access light turns on and stays on until I reboot and get the
same thing.

I have tried booting from disk 1 into "rescue" mode and have looked at the
grub configuration files under boot/grub but I don't see anything that
sticks out to me as being something that could cause this problem. Maybe I
need to be looking elsewhere.

Any thoughts?
