Not sure on Debian.

With my Redhat 8 laptop though, the network management dialog lets you set
up multiple profiles- for a while I was using this to switch back and
forth between Telerama wireless at Starbucks and my home network. Then we
just decided to change the SSID of the home network to "Telerama" and be
done with it :)

At home, my computers have a set IP address, 192.168.0.XXX, the laptop is 192.168.0.4. At work we use DHCP. I need to know if there is a utility out there that will allow me to easily change the network setting back and forth.

I have xsmbrowser installed, and according to the documentation, that will take care of the different smb network setting, but I do not know how to change the network settings.
