[wplug] Residential DSL in Pittsburgh

Don't think you'll ever get that to happen, simply cause ISP's are run
on VERY SMALL margins.  Being in the ISP game is very very very
difficult, people jump ship for 2$ more a month even if you have the
best service in the world.  

People don't understand that you can't run a business on their DSL and
blow a T1's worth of bandwidth a month and still expect to only get
charged 50$ a month.  Most of the time it's the 30/40 bad users you have
that end up costing you 70% of your costs.

It sucks being in the ISP business, it's a competitive cut throat
industry that only gets worse hehe.
