Anyone driving down from the Cranberry Area, I have no idea where this is
at, or at least give me an address, and I have no idea what the size of
CMU's campus is.

Thanks,

- john

Subject: [wplug] [wplug-announce] Perl Tutorial reminder

Hi, I just wanted to remind people about the tutorial this Sunday. There
are still plenty of spaces left. So if you've been hesitant because you're
perl skills are weak, I would rather you signed up than have the spaces
empty.

Bethlynn phrased it well when she told others about it, so I'm stealing her
words:

The Western PA Linux Users Group (aka WPLUG) will be sponsoring a tutorial
entitled "Perl For Sysadmins". This tutorial will be similar to the 1/2 day
"Perl For Sysadmins" tutorial held at USENIX conferences. David
Blank-Edelman, author of the famous O'Reilly book will be presenting.

WHAT: Perl for System Administration
April 6th at 12:30pm in Newell Simon Hall rooms 1507 and 1305 David
Blank-Edelman, Northeastern University CCIS

WHO should attend: System administrators with at least advanced-beginner to
intermediate experience with Perl who would like a clear understanding of
how to use Perl to make their jobs easier.

WHEN: Sunday April 6th at 12:30pm

WHERE: CMU Newell Simon Hall rooms 1507 and 1305

HOW to sign up: go to this URL http://www.wplug.org/psa/

The cost will be $10 to cover cost of materials and refreshments. Payment is
due at the door.

Thanks And Hope To See You There!
