Make sure ForwardX11 = Yes in your .ssh config file
and make sure your not blocking the ports (firewall or iptables) on either
machine.

I have X11 Forwarding and X11UseLocalHost both set to yes in 
/etc/ssh/sshd_config on the Linux machine.  Also tried with 
X11UseLocalHost set to no.  Still no luck.
