[wplug] Oracle 8.1.7 on RH7.3?

I don't know what hw platform your running, but weren't there problems
with the JRE in the oracle installer and P4 platforms.  I know I had
problems with the 8.1.6 version.  To get it installed, I had to swap in a
different JRE.  As I recall, it was a giant PITA.
