I hear this complaint raised all the time, and I'll testify that I never
experience any significant file import/export problems. At the most, a table
or image here or there is off, but only on IMPORT. Exporting goes off
without a hitch.

'Course, I personally prefer to save in the native XML document files, to
encourage widespread adoption
(http://newsforge.com/article.pl?sid=02/08/29/2314224&mode=thread&tid=11).
<despairing sigh>Why /DO/ we allow M$ to dictate what shall and sha'nt be
standard?</despairing sigh>
