[wplug] StarOffice

Hmmm, the conversion topic may be an issue. I deal with a good amount of
users, professors, and clients that will need documents in a Word format, so
I'll need some decent conversion. This is why I was also considering
StarOffice, or any other possible solutions. For instance, does Corel make
a version of the WP suite that will run on a Nix' flavor?

*Sigh*, the tribulations of conversion.

Thanks for the input thus far.

I'll second that.

I've used Openoffice1.0 in a network of 15 users that were used to M$-Office
with no problems (well, except the initial schock).

Works equally good on Win + Linux, beware of file conversions though if you
are forced to export/import lots M$-Office files, compatibility is
sub-optimal.
