[wplug] Redhat 8.0 bug?

I am running a clean installation of Redhat 8.0 that I believe has a bug.
When running some of the game programs (Gnome or KDE) the application will
close after a few minutes.  It usually occurs upon a mouse click.  At first
I thought it was my boss letting me know that lunch was over but now I am
beginning to think that the game programs have some AI built in.  Rather
than let me win, they commits suicide.  The bug has also occurred in vi and
emacs.  Anyone else seeing this.  Redhat has nothing on their site.  (have
already reinstalled twice)
