Hmmmm, I think you've attributed the quotes a little off.  Those 3 lines
were from the original message from Bill.  I half agree with you on the
duping, cdrecord is a great way to go.  But, mkisofs is just extra, needless
processing when duping from a cd that is already in iso9660.  Just use dd.
