[wplug] ntfs partition resize

Does anyone know of any free solutions to resizing an existing ntfs win2k 
partition?  I've looked around and not found anything, It's bad enough 
that I need win2k on my work laptop but I certainly don't need 40 gigs of 
it.  

If not, does anyone have a licensed copy of one of the proprietary tools 
they could bring with them saturday to help me make room for some linux?
