[wplug] Pure newbie questions

I have a PCTEL riser card modem. I had to compile the driver from
source, but it works. I have Mandrake 8.2 and they do not include the
driver. There is a good FAQ on PCTEL and linux. I just did a google on
PCTEL Linux
