What happens when you try to ssh? What error message
do you get?

Two things to look at:
- make sure ipchains or iptables is configured to accept
  ssh traffic (port 22 I believe)
- if you're using TCP wrappers, you may need an entry 
  in /etc/hosts.allow. Something like this:
        sshd:    10.
