[wplug] nis on redhat 7.3

Sometime in November Jonathan Billings assaulted the keyboard and produced:

that was it. thanks. i've never had to modify that file before. it's redhat
7.3, but it was installed by the guys at penguin. all of the other redhat
boxes (7.2, 7.3, 8.0) have the proper entries for nis. this one only has
db, files, and nisplus. i wonder why they chose to leave nis off?
