Huh?

I've been meaning to look into this myself.  Originally, I thought I might just
need to properly configure apm (Advance Power Management) into the kernal.  I
didn't know anything about extra partitions.

Does anyone know much more about putting a desktop machine into hibernate or
sleep mode?
