Well, Limewire is a Java application, and requires that a java virtual
machine be installed. Sun offers this for download at java.sun.com if I
recall correctly.
Java is not installed by default on Redhat 7.3, if Sun ever releases it
under a free software compatible license I'm certain that it will be
included with no delay but for now, you have to add it in.
