I am planning on getting to the installfest at 9AM on Saturday to set up 
the
room.  I could use your help setting up.
If you would like to help set up for the meeting, it's a good idea to 
e-mail
me first, so we can coordinate things/exchange phone numbers.

If you don't get around to e-mailing me first, though, don't let that stop 
you
from showing up between 9 and 10 on Saturday to help set up.
