[wplug] Not strictly Linux

This is not strictly Linux question but I know many of you are very good
with networking hardware.

I need to connect an existing embedded system to a TCP/IP Ethernet LAN. I
can only connect via a PCMCIA card slot. The embedded CPU is very busy so I
am wondering if there is a PCMCIA card that implements the TCP/IP stack and
protocols? I know there are many small boards out there that will do serial
to Ethernet protocol conversions but I cannot use the systems serial port.
Any ideas?
