[wplug] Power Mac 5400/180

I once helped someone install an older version of SuSE (I think it was
6.4) on a PowerMac 7200.  The box only had 40 MB RAM iirc.  Seemed to work
pretty well.  It was slow, but no slower than the same machine running
MacOS 8.6 (which is what it had been running.)
