[wplug] vncserver dead

I had vncserver running on RedHat 7.0 machine until I had to reboot. It won't 
come back up. I try "/etc/vncserver status" it says "vncserver dead but 
subsys locked". Once before I had to fix this, but now can't remember what to 
do.
