[wplug] U.S. Robotics Modem

On my red hat 6.2 box it didnt automagically pick my USR External.  All I
did was figure out what com port it was on and tell the dialer it was on
/dev/cua0 (com 1) and it worked like a champ.  I am unsure if this will
work with an Internal but I think it could
