[wplug] LUG Ignorance

One of the things that really bothers me about the comments is how many 
of the people attended one meeting, just to be scared off by the 
regulars, who are either unfriendly to newbies, or just scary in their 
geekiness.  I think that our LUG suffers from this at times.
