[wplug] Installing X on Toshiba 430CDS

It looks like he's using XFree86 version 3.3, which might be better, 
I've seen that some older hardware works better with the old X servers.

I'm pretty good at configuring X, although it's hard to do so through 
email, if you could bring it to a GUM or Installfest, I could probably 
get it working.
