[wplug] Connecting to internet via command line

Well, I've never had to do it directly from the command line, but I know
that redhat's ppp dialer has an option that lets you stay connected after
you shut down X- I used to use this when I wanted to browse in links and
do other stuff from the console without the overhead of the windowing
system on my woefully inadequate hardware.

Not sure if that's any help to you, but there it is.
