I'll third the choice of telerama.  Their ping times to the west
coast were a little slower than stargate, but as said by others:
2 static IPs and good service (plus a shell account on a unix box that
doesn't default to, but has bash available).  It's working great (and
currently quite busy with downloading rh7.2)
