[wplug] WPLUG Now on TellMe!

WPLUGgers,

I've just hacked together a WPLUG Meeting/Install-Fest Info -> VoiceXML 
translator, and it's pretty cool. It will allow you to access WPLUG's 
meeting information from any phone around the world, pretty much, which 
means that there is now one less excuse for people to miss meetings ;-)

The long and short of it is:

1. Call 1-800-555-TELL
2. Dial "1-WPLUG"
