on rh, goto /etc/mail/access.  Add in the hostnamse / IPs of the computers
that should have relay access.  For example, I have the following in mine:

localhost.localdomain           RELAY
localhost                       RELAY
127.0.0.1                       RELAY
192.168                         RELAY

Then restart sendmail.
