I am using an Actiontec PCI 750 reader. It's a PCI card connected via
ribbon cables to a 3.5" or 5.25" bay with 2 PCMCIA slots. Standard
Linux PCMCIA support works fine with it (at least for 2 different
802.11b cards I've tried). Since I already had a spare wireless
PCMCIA card, this was less expensive (and more general) than a
dedicated wireless PCI card.
