Go to rpmfind.net and lookup the following:

Cheops - Network mapping tool
nmap   - Scanning tool
ethereal - Paket capture/analysis tool
iptraf  - non-X packet anaylsis tool.

Even if you don't use an Linux versio that doesn't support RPM's,
this site is will point you to the program's website where you can get the
latest tarball.

What are some good network monitoring apps?  At work, we are having problems
with network congestion.  I was able to get a Linux box on the network to
play with, so I would like to show it off a little.
